Northern Flair Salon is in the business of beauty. It has been their focus and inspiration for 37 years.
Located in Yellowknife Centre Mall, the salon is owned and operated by Rhonda and Walter Larocque and currently has a staff of three.
The Larocques came to the Metis Dene Development Fund in 2004 to expand their business and attract more clients.
A loan allowed them to move the salon from the lower level of the popular mall to the main level, giving them increased visibility.
The Larocques say they now have “more traffic that made us busier.”
