Clell Crook is a graduate of Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Civil Engineering Technology and is a Certified Engineering Technologist. He is president and part owner of Maskwa Engineering Ltd, the largest engineering company in the southern Northwest Territories. Mr. Crook’s has also filled other roles including: project manager for the Department of Public Works of the Government of the Northwest Territories, supervisor and trainer for Golder Associates / Aboriginal Engineering JV, and general manager of the NWT Development Corporation.
